"I have previously used will at The Salisbury Handyman for some basic plumbing work (fitting new toilet flush), so I knew that he was reliable, well priced and can turn his hand to pretty much anything. Our landlord always asks us to get 3 quotes for any job, but it was no surprise that The Salisbury Handyman came in under the other 2. Even though the gutter repair ended up requiring an additional part and a second visit, they stuck with the original quoted price and did the work to their usual high standard. Our landlord is now happy for us to go straight to the Salisbury Handyman, and not bother getting additional quotes as unlike some contractors, they seem to go that 'extra'-mile' to do the job done. While Will was doing the arranged work, he noticed that another one of our drainpipes had come unclipped and wasn't flowing into the correct drain, so he took the time to fix that too (with no additional charge)."
